- Al the administrative aspects of the partner hospital for the day to day functioning of the eye centre should be managed by the administrator
- All the current charges for paying patients should be reviewed and decide depending upon the existing charges in other facilities.
- All the staff from Ophthalmologist to House Keeping assistants are adequately trained before they are allowed to perform their respective functions. Staffing is done to ensure efficient service delivery in all areas. While the Ophthalmologist is available around the clock, others staff work on a three-shift system.
